Maia, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, made her way to Boulder in the year 2000 and immediately knew she was home. Over the years, Maia has found her community through trail running, yoga, her kids’ sports and schools, and through her years working as a nurse in which she helped to welcome hundreds of babies into this amazing town she calls home.

 

Maia joined real estate after deciding to take her passion for helping people in a new direction. She brings a refreshing approach that is completely client-centered and knows the best outcomes happen when client and agent can work together as a team. She thrives on understanding a client’s vision, creating a plan, and being an ally during the execution process. Naturally very organized and business-minded, she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients.  Over the years, Maia has continuously earned a spot as a “Top Producer” at Live West Realty with a 5-star rating on Google Business.  Maia loves helping people new to Boulder understand our market.     The front range market indicators continue to move towards a more “normal” market. The buyer bidding wars of the first quarter of 2022, when it was commonplace for homes to sell 15%-25% over their asking price and most accepted an offer within the first weekend, have largely ended. Inventory is growing, average days on market are increasing and price reductions are becoming common.
